Up until now, it’s been a bit of a mystery. But recently, Domino’s have now started advertising that they’ll be using Schar gluten-free pizza bases. The main reason for this is the presence of olive oil in the dough – which allows for the dough to freeze well without ice crystals spreading through the dough itself.
